How UPI payments and seller payouts work on Pro Player Market

Understand UPI QR checkout, UTR submission, manual payment verification, account delivery, disputes, commission and manual seller payouts on Pro Player Market.

By Pro Player Market

Submitting a UTR is not payment approval. An administrator verifies the payment, the buyer checks delivery, and seller payouts are made manually.

1. Checkout creates an order at the displayed price

Open a published listing and choose Buy Now. You must sign in to purchase, and you cannot buy your own listing. Checkout shows the listing price and the order’s applicable commission breakdown.

The payment amount comes from the listing—not a price typed into a chat message. An order reference helps connect the purchase, payment details and delivery record. Review the listing and policies before continuing.

2. Pay through the QR code or your UPI app

Checkout provides a QR code and a link to open a UPI app with the order amount. Buyer payments go directly to the platform owner’s configured UPI account, not to the seller. These are real payments; this is not a test checkout.

Before authorising, inspect the recipient and amount shown by your UPI app. Enter your UPI PIN only inside your trusted UPI app. The site and seller do not need your PIN or banking OTP. If the recipient or amount is unexpected, stop and contact support before paying.

3. Submit the UTR and optional screenshot

After the payment succeeds in your UPI app, enter its UTR or transaction reference in checkout. You can also upload a payment screenshot. Show the relevant transaction, not your full bank history or unrelated balances.

A screenshot and reference help locate a payment, but neither independently proves funds arrived. The status “Paid — verifying” means your payment details are waiting for review. If your bank reports a pending or failed transfer, check with your payment app or bank before paying again to avoid duplicate payments.

4. The administrator checks the actual receipt

The site administrator compares the reference with the bank’s payment record. Confirmation moves the order to awaiting seller delivery. If the payment cannot be matched, the submitted details can be rejected and the order returned to pending payment.

This is a manual process, not an automatic bank integration. The site records order states; it does not independently establish a regulated escrow account or guarantee fund protection. Do not treat a “paid” label alone as proof of settlement.

5. The buyer inspects delivery before completing the order

After payment confirmation, the seller hands over the account access agreed in the listing and marks it delivered. There is no physical shipping. The buyer should check the promised details and permitted access changes before confirming receipt.

If something is missing or materially different, use Purchases to raise a dispute rather than confirming an incomplete handover. Keep supporting evidence in the order conversation. Refunds depend on review and the applicable policy; they are not triggered automatically by uploading a screenshot or opening a complaint.

6. Seller payouts and refunds are handled manually

When the order completes, the recorded seller payout becomes the amount for the owner to transfer manually using the seller’s saved payout details. Completion does not mean an automatic bank transfer has occurred.

The commission rate is configurable. The order stores the rate, commission amount and seller payout applied to that purchase. Sellers should use those order figures when checking what they are owed, and contact support with the order reference if a transfer needs clarification.

Likewise, a refund decision and the actual return of money are separate steps. Consult the Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility and contact support@proplayermarket.in for help. Do not assume cancellation after a successful bank payment automatically sends money back.
