Trade like a pro, not like a target.
Keep every message on-platform
Order messages are stored with the transaction. If a dispute is raised, that thread is the evidence. Chats moved to other apps cannot be reviewed.
Never pay outside an order
A seller asking for a direct transfer is a scam. Payments only count when they are attached to an order with a serial reference.
Document the handover
Screenshots of the account state, linked emails and recovery details belong in the order thread, before the buyer confirms delivery.
Raise a dispute early
If an account is recovered, banned or does not match the listing, open a dispute from the order. Disputes are reviewed by a human.
Know the game rules
Most publishers restrict account transfers. Trading is at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with each game's terms of service.
